CPH's services included reviewing earlier reports, conducting field visits, gathering updated information, interviewing City and County staff, reviewing jurisdictional considerations, and establishing an existing condition and proposed improvements stormwater modeling and overall report that was used to obtain an Individual MSSW Permit from the SJRWMD. Along a significant portion of the box culvert route along Second Street, the surface of the street was brick. An alignment of the new stormwater system was chosen to accommodate removal and replacement of the 27" sanitary sewer system.
