Our first CWI contract in 1996 was with FDOT for 5-miles of highway lighting, roadway widening and resurfacing for Okeechobee Road from the Turnpike to Krome Avenue. FDOT has had the confidence to select CWI and we have continuously provided services every year for 14 years, since that first contract. Our principals have worked in Miami- Dade since the 1980's. We are local, dedicated and have available staff to provide these engineering services to the City. Financial State: CWI is a SubChapter S Corporation. In 2009, CWI has a Gross Annual Revenue of approx. $900,000. We have maintained a gross annual income of between 1 and 2 Million Dollars for the previous 3 years, 2006 to 2008. Weare certified with the Florida Department of Transportation Minor, Major and Complex Highway Design, Highway Signals, Lighting and Traffic Studies. We are certified with Miami Dade County and other Florida Counties for Transportation and General Civil and Environmental Engineering Projects.
