Design and <br />construction of site and utility infrastructure <br />imprO\'ements for existing military housing on an <br />approximately 181-acre site, to support phased <br />construction of 850 existing housing units by 784 new <br />units, with a minimum of 607 units anilable at all times <br />during construction. [\ new communi~' center, 3 <br />neighborhood centers and a maintenance facili~' are also <br />included. Public access and utility sen'ices including <br />domestic and fire protection water, sanitary sewerage, <br />natural gas seLyice, electric power, communications and <br />cable sen'ices must be maintained at all times during the <br />phased construction. DART <br />program for expansion of the light rail transit system <br />involves extension of current LRT facilities and sen'ices <br />to the Northeast and the Southwest. Assisted in risk <br />assessment/mitigation and technical review of station <br />design, plans, specifications and estimates for sixteen at- <br />grade and aerial light rail stations included within six <br />section contracts for the project. <br /> <br />USDOT /FTA - PMO for Port Authority Allegheny <br />County (PAAC) Project, Pittsburgh, PA. North <br />Shore LRT Connector project invokes extension of <br />current LRT facilities to connect between the Golden <br />Triangle and the North Shore of Pittsburgh.
