<br />t\Ir. Singer has oYer 39 years of experience in
<br />engineering and management involving a variety of
<br />industrial projects. Currently, his primary work il1\'okes
<br />ci\'il, architectural, and structural design of industrial
<br />projects. His experience includes new construction and
<br />expansion of existing facilities.

<br />As a Lead Engineer, t\[r. Singer's responsibilities include
<br />supervising the design and drafting of ci\,il work,
<br />foundations, structural steel, and reinforced concrete. In
<br />addition, Mr. Singer is invoked in conceptual planning,
<br />preparation of budget appropriation reports,
<br />specification \\Titing, and coordination with other
<br />disciplines and construction management. His work also
<br />il1\'okes consultation with clients, \'endors, and
<br />contractors. ~Ir. Singer has used computer-aided
<br />analysis and design extensively for power plant
<br />equipment structural supports, paper machine structures,
<br />and other multi-stof\' frames.

<br />~Ir. Singer has recently been engaged in the ci\'il,
<br />structural, and architectural design of numerous
<br />industrial facilities for the power industry and for
<br />military facilities. His experience includes new Flue Gas
<br />Desulfirization Retrofit Projects in Baltimore, ~ID;
<br />Cogeneration facilities in Utah and New York and
<br />chemical agent disposal facilities in Tooele, UT;
<br />Aberdeen, ~ID; and Newport, IN; and an HMX
<br />production facilities in Marshall, TX. His fossil
<br />experience includes coal! emissions environmental
<br />projects and major equipment retrofits for Tampa

<br />architectural, and structural design in the Civil-Structural
<br />Division from the conceptual to the construction phase.

<br />The following is a summary of key projects:
<br />Lead Civil/Structural Engineer, Brandon Shores
<br />FGD Project, Constellation Energy, Baltimore MD,
<br />02/2005 - Present. ~Ir. Singer is presently the Lead
<br />Ci\'il-Structural Engineer for an FGD project for Units
<br />& 2 at the Brandon Shores power plant. .'\ cost estimate
<br />with plus/minus 5% accuracy was required and was
<br />itemized by major subs~'stem islands and my major
<br />equipment within the islands. The eCluipment includes a
<br />new four hundred foot high chimney with two twcnty-
<br />nine foot diameter flues, two absorbers, limestone and
<br />gypsum material handling and storage. General
<br />arrangements were made, soil borings and geotechnical
<br />analysis was completed, and design and analysis of the
<br />absorber, absorber building and stack foundations were
<br />made.
<br />
<br />Lead Civil/Structural Engineer, Currant-Creek
<br />Power Project, Pacificorp, Mona, UT, 11/2003 -
<br />Present. The Currant-Creek Power Project im'oh'es the
<br />construction of a new 450 ~[\V combined cycle plant.
<br />The major equipment includes a two HRSGs, two
<br />Combustion Turbine Generators, a Steam Turbine
<br />Generator, and an l\ir Cooled Condenser. The project
<br />involves the design of an Administration/\'\'arehouse
<br />Building and an enclosure around the STG. New
<br />fencing, evaporations ponds and roads were rccluired for
<br />this facility.
