<br />technical support in conducting a CERCLA compliant
<br />Five- Year Review for the site applying strict adherence
<br />to OSWER Directive 9355.7-03B-P. Provided an
<br />objective review of remedies at the sites and determined
<br />the protectiveness of those remedies. The fi\'e-year
<br />review comprises se\'eral tasks, which conclude \vith a
<br />presentation of findings in a formal report. These tasks
<br />include a document re\'iew, site inspection, interyiews,
<br />re\'iew of ,\RARs, and preparation of a report. The
<br />report discusses site history and background, remedial
<br />actions at the site, progress at the site, the Five-year
<br />re\'iew process, technical asscssment, issues found,
<br />rccommendations, and concludes \vith a statement
<br />determining whether the remedy is protectiye of human
<br />health and the environment.

<br />project. Prepared elwironmental comparison and
<br />impact sections for the filing to the Energy Facilities
<br />Siting Board and managed the deyelopment and
<br />execution of the abutter list and public notice. Currently
<br />managing and preparing portions of the Enyironmental
<br />Impact Report. Also prepared the Elwironmental
<br />i\Ianagement and Construction Plan that addressed the
<br />many complicated aspects of construction in densely
<br />de\'eloped urban areas including contaminated soils,
<br />traffic, waste management, dewatering, noise, etc.
<br />,-\dditionallicensing of the route included US ACOE,
<br />\'('etlands NOrs, Chapter 91, and coastal zone
<br />management. Also assisted in the preparation of

<br />18 miles of deep rock tunnel, 4 major shaft locations,
<br />several drop shaft locations and 2 coyered storage
<br />locations. Directed compliance monitoring and
<br />inspection of all contracted work including noise
<br />monitoring, NPDES sampling and permit condition
<br />yerification; coordinated corrective action where
<br />relluired; and provided monthly reports to document
<br />compliance with permit and contract requirements.
