Kenzie Award - Best Capital Project/Beautification <br />Award, Florida Re-development Association <br /> <br />Burkhardt Construction and Kimley-Horn served the City <br />of Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency <br />(CRA) for a boardwalk/streetscape project along the <br />Intracoastal Waterway involving the extension of Boynton <br />Beach Boulevard, This project is a part of a redevelopment <br />effort by the CRA to improve the City's waterfront. The <br />project consists of two specific elements: the extension of <br />Boynton Beach Boulevard from US 1 to the Intracoastal <br />Waterway, and the construction of a boardwalk along the <br /> <br />Intracoastal Waterway from Boynton Beach Boulevard <br />north for approximately 4,000 feet.
