The existing Target store on the site was demolished and a new
store was built. Alongside the new store is the two-level parking deck with 331 spaces.

The elevated parking deck features precast concrete construction on shallow foundations and is 244 feet by 227 feet with the lower
level being concrete slab-on-grade. The upper level is accessed via an external express ramp. The deck has been designed to
accommodate a potential future elevated level containing another 170 spaces. Two functional design features are: (1) orienting the
main elevator and stair towers to promote flow into a pedestrian plaza and (2) providing cart storage below the external express
ramp. Cost: $4.5 million.

25.
