<br />Mr, Crespi a long standing resident of Golden Shores since 1990, is also a concerned, active and interested resident
<br />of Sunny Isles Beach which we have identified as the Project Manager for Heritage Park, As a stakeholder, Mr,
<br />Crespi not only understands the aspects of this project from the resident's point of view but from a design
<br />professional's perspective with extensive experience spanning over three decades makes him the ideal Project
<br />Manager, Mr. Crespi has the experience to coordinate multiple consultants on a project of this magnitude
<br />successfully recently demonstrated in the successful completion of a project for Miami Dade County Public Schools
<br />entitled David Lawrence Jr. K-8 School. Mr. Crespi has in-depth experience and knowledge for designing parking
<br />structures within Miami Dade County in addition to parks, recreational facilities and projects that impact
<br />neighborhoods and communities, Since Mr, Crespi is intimately familiar with the residents, their concerns and needs
<br />we feel he is the ideal Project Manager for Heritage Park as this park will benefit his neighbors, family, children and
<br />grandchildren for years to come, Mr, Crespi resides in Golden Shores within walking distance to the site,
