(LDS) we are very pleased to submit our qualifications to provide <br />professional landscape architecture, planning, environmental consulting and engineering services for the <br />Sunny Isles Beach Heritage Park and parking garage project. We have assembled a dynamic team with <br />extensive experience completing numerous public and private projects throughout Florida, providing park <br />design, parking structure design, master planning and similar professional services, which we believe to <br />be a direct benefit to the City of Sunny Isles Beach and all of the potential stakeholders involved. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Since our establishment 22 years ago in Palm Beach County, Land Design South has completed <br />numerous outstanding projects for both private and corporate clients, as well as government entities, <br />including projects for Palm Beach County, Broward County and numerous other municipalities. LDS has <br />grown since its inception in 1985, adding a City office in Port St Lucie, and now has a combined staff of <br />60+ employees, providing outstanding Land Planning, Landscape Architecture, Environmental <br />Consultation and Traffic Engineering services. As a firm built on providing site planning and entitlement <br />services, we are experts in project management and working with local municipal planning and building <br />departments. Our project leaders are accustomed to successfully managing multi-disciplined design <br />teams from concept through construction, working within strict budget and scheduling constraints. The <br />specialized team we have assembled for this project is outlined below.
