I I EXPERIENCE - Our project team has multiple years of experience throughout South Florida and a reputation for developing outstanding plans and designs for municipal projects. We have a vast working knowledge of local jurisdictional requirements and procedures pertaining to concurrency review and the site plan review process in the City Sunny Isles Beach. Our project experience over the years has allowed us to develop the depth of knowledge required for planning, design and implementation of various projects, whether they are large multi-million dollar projects, or smaller scale less visible ones.
