Combining mandatory training and OSHA 10 hour training will achieve both compliance and <br />OSHA certification without significant impact on production. Since OSHA 10 hour training can <br />be completed over a six -month period components can easily be combined with the annual <br />mandated training. <br />GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE TRAINING <br />For our Golf Course superintendents, training for accreditation from GCSAA (a training <br />equivalent of 40 hours) is available thru Corporate Safety. This will allow our personnel to get <br />4.0 hours of education points towards their certifications. <br />RECORDKEEPING <br />It is imperative that we are consistent with recordkeeping of training rosters and document <br />completed training for all employees in the AS400 (HR module).
