' CITY OF SUNNY ISLES <br />Car BEACH, FLORIDA <br />RFP NO. 10 -10 -02 <br />Car Charging Holdings, LLC <br />' 1691 Michigan Ave. Suite# 425 <br />Miami Beach, FL 33139 <br />Contact: Andy Kinard, President <br />' Business Overview <br />' Car Charging Group Inc ( "CCGI ") a publicly traded company with its headquarters <br />located in Miami Beach, Florida, is a leading provider and operator of public electric car <br />chargers for public use throughout the United States and abroad. Car Charging <br />' Holdings, LLC ( "CCH "), the "Proposer," was established in 2009 and is the wholly owned <br />subsidiary of Car Charging Inc, which is the wholly subsidiary of Car Charging Group <br />Inc. <br />' 1. Experience <br />' Our existing customers, to whom we provide self- service electric vehicle charging <br />station services include: Artech Condo (FL), The Plaza at Oceanside (FL), Delray <br />Professional Center LLC (FL), LAZ Parking NY /NJ LLC (NY & NJ) and Icon Parking LLC <br />' (NY). In addition to these customers, we have several other customers who have <br />contracted with CCH and are awaiting the scheduled installation of charging units. <br />These customers include: Aventura Mall (FL), Equity Residential Management <br />I' (Nationwide), LAZ Parking Norwalk CT (CT), Park Bark & Fly (FL) and Mall of America <br />(MN). <br />' The President of CCH, Andy Kinard, will oversee this project. Mr. Kinard has an electric <br />utility background and ran FPL's EV Program in Broward County in the 1990's. He has <br />over 10 years of electric vehicle experience and is also a Certified Energy Manager. <br />I' Mr. Kinard is currently overseeing the installation and management of public EV <br />charging stations in 12 states and the District of Columbia. <br />Please refer to the attached resume of Mr. Kinard (Attachment D) for additional details. <br />2. Cost Proposal <br />The Company's success is premised on its unique business model, with its highly <br />motivated professional and environmentally caring management team. The business <br />model has three unique characteristics: <br />o CCH is a technology neutral company. We will use the technology that best suits our <br />cutomer's needs. <br />o CCH partners with, as opposed to selling charging stations to, municipalities and <br />private property owners on a revenue share model. <br />o CCH covers all costs associated with the acquisition, installation, service, <br />maintenance, network management, billing and, most importantly, technology <br />upgrades of our charging stations. <br />1 <br />
