CITY OF SUNNY ISLES <br />BEACH, FLORIDA <br />RFP NO. 10 -10 -02 <br />THERE IS NO COST TO THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />IT WILL ONLY GENERATE REVENUE! <br />3. Financial Stability <br />In accordance with the Company's business plan, we have sources of capital to satisfy <br />the needs of our continuing operations, including the purchase of new EV charging <br />stations. In December of 2009 Car Charging Group Inc, the parent company to CCH, <br />raised approximately $1 million, followed by an additional $1.5 million in August 2010. <br />CCGI is also actively pursuing discussions and has received a preliminary commitment <br />regarding additional underwriting and loan arrangements that will provide up to $100 <br />million in additional financing to install EV charging stations throughout the United <br />States and abroad. <br />Please refer to the attached Statement of Operations and Balance Sheet for Car Charging <br />Group Inc. (Attachments E and F, respectively) for additional details. <br />4. Expertisel Capacity to Provide Services <br />If a charging station becomes inoperable, the manufacturer is immediately notified via <br />the network capabilities of the unit and is able to make a determination if the outage is <br />due to a localized breaker trip or a larger power outage. If it is determined that there is <br />a problem with the unit, CCH is immediately notified and a licensed local electrician, <br />who is available 24 hours a day, is dispatched to fix the problem. <br />S. Authorization to Transact Business in Florida <br />The following documents are attached as Proof of Authorization to Transact Business in <br />Florida: <br />• Electronic Articles of Organization for Car Charging Holdings LLC filed with the State <br />of Florida on October 20, 2009 (Attachment G) <br />• Application by Foreign Corporation for Authorization to Transact Business in <br />Florida for Car Charging Group Inc., filed with the State of Florida on July 27, 2010 <br />(Attachment H) <br />6. Contact Person <br />The President of CCH, Andy Kinard, will be the contact person for this project. <br />Please refer to the attached resume of Mr. Kinard (Attachment D) for additional details. <br />7.
