Financial Stability In accordance with the Company's business plan, we have sources of capital to satisfy the needs of our continuing operations, including the purchase of new EV charging stations. In December of 2009 Car Charging Group Inc, the parent company to CCH, raised approximately $1 million, followed by an additional $1.5 million in August 2010. CCGI is also actively pursuing discussions and has received a preliminary commitment regarding additional underwriting and loan arrangements that will provide up to $100 million in additional financing to install EV charging stations throughout the United States and abroad. Please refer to the attached Statement of Operations and Balance Sheet for Car Charging Group Inc. (Attachments E and F, respectively) for additional details. 4. Expertisel Capacity to Provide Services If a charging station becomes inoperable, the manufacturer is immediately notified via the network capabilities of the unit and is able to make a determination if the outage is due to a localized breaker trip or a larger power outage. If it is determined that there is a problem with the unit, CCH is immediately notified and a licensed local electrician, who is available 24 hours a day, is dispatched to fix the problem. S.
