As- <br />sisted in the design of a 350,000 SF concourse <br />including dual capacity gates for both domestic and <br />international passengers with secure circulation for <br />customs. The main concourse has a skylit center <br />circulation leading to a conical public space con- <br />necting Phases I & II. Surrounding this plaza area <br />are duty free shops, concessions and airline related <br />lounges. <br />O Metromover, Miami, Florida. Conceptual design <br />of the first new station for the northern loop for the <br />downtown mass transit system located at Herald <br />Plaza. Aside loading platform station with pedes- <br />trian /mezzanine connection totaling approximately <br />12,000 SF. This station as designed is the closest <br />mass - transit link to the proposed Dade County Per- <br />forming Arts Center. <br />O M -DCC, Kendall Campus, Parking Garage and <br />Central Energy Center, Miami, FL. Architectural <br />design fora new 750 -car parking garage and a 1,500- <br />ton central energy center.
