<br />government complex inclusive of city hall, commis-
<br />sion chambers, police facility, and a public library. A
<br />new public waterfront park will also be developed along
<br />the western edge of the city hall complex
<br />7 Cape Coral City Hall Complex, Cape Coral, FL.A
<br />86,000 SF, 2 -story civic building masterplanned adja-
<br />cent to the existing facility. The building includes a
<br />250 -seat City Council chamber and auditorium, Mayor's
<br />office, City Clerk, City Attorney and City Manager of-
<br />fices, community development and other related city
<br />functions. The facility also is master planned to in-
<br />clude a 350 -car garage for staff and visitors in a sub-
<br />sequent phase.
<br />7 SunTrust Bank, Bal Harbour, FL. A new 15,700 SF
<br />Branch bank located at the Collins Avenue entrance to
<br />Bal Harbour. The branch bank will serve retail banking,
<br />private banking and trust accounts. This 2 -story lime-
<br />stone clad branch bank is aligned along the radial spine
<br />of the adjacent street.
<br />71 Visa Corporate /Office Building, Miami, FL. Spillis
<br />Candela & Partners was selected by Visa International
<br />to provide complete architecture, engineering, planning
<br />and interior design services for a 150,000 SF corpo-
<br />rate /office facility to house their Latin American opera-
<br />tions.

<br />O Northern Trust Bank, Coral Gables, FL. Expan-
<br />sion and renovation to the existing branch office at
<br />Biltmore Way.
<br />O Miami -Dade Community College, Kendall Cam-
<br />pus, Center for the Humanities, Miami, Florida. A
<br />100,000 SF Fine Arts educational facility composed of a
<br />200 seat black -box theatre, studios for sculpture, ceram-
<br />ics and scene shop as well as a sound recording facility.
<br />The program also included multipurpose classrooms, fac-
<br />ulty offices, a campus radio station and photographic lab.
<br />O World Trade Center, Miami, FL. Architectural De-
<br />sign for a 500,000 SF tower in downtown Miami. Com-
<br />ponents included office, exhibition space, conference
<br />areas and parking garage. SCP is one of two final-
<br />ists in a development competition which is currently
<br />on hold.

<br />porate headquarters located in downtown Miami ad-
<br />jacent to the Miami river.
