B. An air pressure test for leaks shall be conducted in the presence of the <br />Engineer or his representative immediately upon completion of each <br />crossing at a minimum test pressure of 20 psig. The test shall be <br />abandoned, if in the opinion of the Engineer, the leaks are potentially <br />damaging to the roadway. <br />PART 8 - REPORTING PROCEDURES <br />8.01 GENERAL <br />A. An accurate log shall be kept by the CONTRACTOR or authorized <br />representative on the crossing. The purpose of this log is to record and <br />report the data necessary to isolate and identify all common factors <br />associated with underground crossing failures. <br />B. The log shall be forwarded to the Engineer with the permit, subsurface <br />investigation report, dewatering plan (if applicable), completion notice, <br />and related correspondence. <br />C.
