SECTION 01021 <br />CASH ALLOWANCES <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.01 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED <br />A. Schedule of monetary amounts of allowances in Contract Sum for purchase <br />products. <br />B. Costs in Contact Sum other than in Allowance. <br />C. Procedures for administration of Allowances. <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Document 00700: General Conditions. <br />B. Section 01410: Testing and Testing Laboratory Services. <br />1.03 COSTS INCLUDED IN ALLOWANCES <br />A. Cost of product to Contractor, less applicable trade discounts. <br />B. Delivery to site. <br />C. Applicable taxes. <br />D. Products handling at site, including unloading, uncrating, and storage. <br />E. Protection of products from elements and from damage. <br />F. Labor and installation and finishing, except when installation is specified as <br />part of allowance. <br />G. Other expenses required to complete installation. <br />H.
