1. Measurement for payment to remove and dispose of existing fences will be based <br />upon the actual number of linear feet of such fence actually removed from the <br />' right -of -way, all in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. <br />2. Payment for removal and disposal of existing fences will be made at the unit <br />' price per linear feet named in the Bid Schedule which price shall constitute full <br />compensation for completing said work, including the appurtenant items for <br />which separate payment is not specifically included in the Bid Schedule. <br />tD. Project Mobilization <br />1. The project mobilization item shall be administered in accordance with the <br />' Florida Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Road & <br />Bridge Construction (latest edition); MOBILIZATION. <br />2. The maximum amount allowed for the mobilization item shall be ten percent <br />' (10 %) of the total contract amount. <br />3. Mobilization includes, but is not limited to, mobilization of equipment, all <br />surveying, all supervision, cost of all bonds and warranties, all permit fees, and <br />' all insurance. <br />3.02 PROTECTION <br />' A. Where pavement, trees, shrubbery, fences or other property or surface structures have <br />been damaged, removed or disturbed by the Contractor, whether deliberately or through <br />' failure to carry out the requirements of the Contract Documents, state laws, municipal <br />ordinances or the specific direction of the Engineer, or through failure to employ usual <br />and reasonable safeguards, such property and surface structures shall be replaced or <br />repaired at the expense of the Contractor to a condition equal to that before work began <br />' within a time frame approved by the Engineer. <br />3.03 SUBMITTALS <br />A.
