A Resolution of the Local Planning Agency of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Recommending to the City Commission of Sunny Isles Beach,the Approval of the Ordinance Amending Sections 265-34, 265-36 and 265-38 of the City Code to Permit Density Bonuses for Workforce/Affordable Housing in Accordance with Guidelines Established for Affordable Workforce Housing; Providing for an Effective Date. Commissioner Aelion moved and Commissioner Goldman seconded a motion to approve the resolution. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida,Accepting a Charitable Donation of$4,000,000.00 from the Nilda Milton Revocable Trust("Trust") for Additional Construction Services Rendered Including Structural Enhancements and Improvements Outside the Scope of the Design-Build Agreement for Gateway Park; Authorizing a Memorial Plaque to be Installed within Gateway Park to Honor the Charitable Donation; Providing the City Manager and the City Attorney with the Authority to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; Providing for an Effective Date.
