(ORDA) is a landscape architectural firm known for its' innovative ideas and dedicated to the creation of living environments in harmony with nature and humanity. ORDA is a Miami -Dade County based Landscape Architectural firm with several years of experience in working with local municipalities and agencies. ORDA is currently certified as a DBE /WBE with the Florida Department of Transportation and a CBE/DBE with Miami -Dade County. ORDA is currently ' providing Landscape Architectural Services for the City of Aventura, the City of Doral, the Village of Palmetto Bay, Miami -Dade County and the Florida Department of Transportation. ORDA is a team of experienced professionals trained in landscape architecture, urban design, park planning, ' streetscape design, irrigation design, site planning, land planning and construction management. The completion of hundreds of successful projects has made us leaders in sub - tropical landscape architecture. ORDA has been the Landscape Architectural Consultant to several cities along the South Florida coastline and is sensitive to environmental issues unique to coastal barrier islands. ORDA has built a solid reputation for completing our projects on time and within budget without sacrificing design quality. The two senior landscape architects who will be serving the City of Sunny Isles Beach are Kathryn O'Leary Richards, ASLA and William A. O'Leary, FASLA. Kathryn O'Leary Richards, ASLA, is President of ORDA and has over twenty-two years of professional ' experience as a Landscape Architect in the South Florida area. She has extensive experience in roadway landscaping, park planning and design, streetscape design, site planning, planting and irrigation design. Under the technical and administrative guidance of Ms. Richards, there have been numerous ' successful projects that were built on time and within budget. Her most recent award winning project is a 10 acre park in Pinecrest. Her knowledge and skills allow her to provide expert solutions to any challenge. She is an advocate of quality design and dedicated to the highest principles of professionalism. William A. O'Leary, FASLA, has practiced as a Landscape Architect in Miami -Dade County for over forty years. He is widely considered a leader in his field and his experience includes being the Landscape ' Architectural Consultant for the Florida Department of Transportation, as well as the municipalities of Key Biscayne, Pinecrest, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, Coral Gables, North Bay Village, City of Miami Beach, City of North Miami, Miami -Dade County, City of Miami, and the City of Aventura. He has lectured extensively and periodically serves as a visiting professor at the University of Florida as well as Florida ' International University. He has served on several boards in Miami -Dade County and has been the Landscape Architectural Plan Reviewer for the City of Aventura, City of Sunny isles Beach and the Village of Bal Harbour for the past several years. His vast experience and expertise has made him one of South Florida's most respected Landscape Architects.
