' 3. All work called for on the drawings by notes or details shall be <br />furnished and installed whether or not specifically mentioned in the <br />specifications. <br />4. The IC shall not willfully install the irrigation system as shown on <br />the drawings when it is obvious in the field that obstructions, grade <br />differences, or discrepancies in area dimensions exist that might <br />not have been known in engineering. Such obstructions or <br />differences should be brought to the attention of the LA. In the <br />event that notification is not performed, the IC shall assume full <br />responsibility for any revision necessary. <br />5. Conflicts between the plans, notes, details, or specifications shall <br />be immediately brought to the attention of the OAR. These <br />' discrepancies or conflicts shall be interpreted by the OAR, and his <br />decision shall be final in all cases. Should the IC fail to notify the <br />OAR of the conflict(s) and, by so, take advantage of the said <br />discrepancy, the IC shall be held responsible for making any and all <br />changes as directed by the OAR with no compensation for extra <br />labor, material, or equipment. <br />6. The IC shall, prior to trenching, verify the location of all <br />underground utilities as are commonly encountered underground. <br />He shall take proper precaution not to damage or disturb said <br />improvements. <br />' <br />7. <br />If, in the opinion of the LA, the labor furnished by the IC is <br />incompetent, unskilled, or unreliable, his equipment inadequate, <br />improper or unsafe, or if the IC shall fail to continuously and <br />' <br />diligently execute the construction, the LA or Owner shall, in writing, <br />instruct the IC to remove all such causes of non - compliance and <br />the IC shall promptly comply. <br />8. <br />The IC shall be responsible for full and complete coverage of all <br />P p g <br />irrigation areas. The LA shall be notified of any necessary <br />adjustments at no additional cost to the Owner. Any revisions to <br />the irrigation system must be submitted and answered in written <br />form, along with any change in contract price. <br />9. <br />The IC shall coordinate and assist with the Owner /operator and <br />manufacturer in the operational requirements of the system. <br />E. On -Site Conditions: <br />1. <br />Inspection of the site: The IC shall acquaint himself with all on -site <br />conditions.
