' J. The IC shall provide full coverage in all irrigated areas and shall be responsible for additional heads and components as required, and ' installed at his own cost. K. The IC shall make necessary adjustments in the layout, as may be ' required to connect to existing stub -outs, should such stubs not be located exactly as shown, and as may be required to work around existing work at no increase in cost to the Owner. L. On -Site Observation: At any time during the installation of the irrigation system by the IC, the Owner or LA may visit the site to observe work underway. Upon request, the IC shall be required to uncover specified work as directed by the Owner or LA without compensation. Should the material, workmanship, or method of installation not meet the standards specified herein, the IC shall replace the work at his own expense. M. Workmanship: All work shall be installed by qualified, skilled personnel, proficient in the trades required, in a neat, orderly, and responsible manner with recognized standards of workmanship. The IC shall have had considerable experience and demonstrated ability in the installation of sprinkler irrigation systems of this type. To demonstrate ability and experience necessary for this project, the IC shall submit to the Owner the following: N. List of three (3) projects completed in last two (2) years of similar complexity to this project. Description of projects shall include- 1 . Name of project. 2. Location. 3. The Owner's name, address, and business phone number. 4. Scope of work and contract amount. 1.05 SUBMITTALS A. Qualifications: The IC shall submit complete qualification statements, as specified herein, for review and approval at the time proposals are submitted. B. Work Schedule: Within fourteen (14) days after award of the contract, the IC shall submit to the Owner a work schedule including a breakdown of tasks, milestone dates, and manpower projections. 07/06 02810 -7 05 -5564
