Within fourteen (14) days after the award of the contract, and prior to <br />commencement of the work, the IC shall provide cut sheets of all products <br />specified or required for use necessary to provide the entire system <br />' <br />outlined in the specifications. The cut sheets shall list manufacturer's <br />name, catalog name, and catalog number, as well as size, type, and <br />illustration of product to be supplied. The information shall be supplied to <br />' <br />the Owner and OAR for approvals. Only when the Owner approves the <br />IC's supplied information shall the IC begin construction and installation of <br />' <br />submitted items. <br />1. All submittals shall be coordinated into one (1) submittal and <br />' <br />compiled into a "notebook" format with removable binder. Name of <br />project, date, and each product required shall be clearly highlighted <br />on each separate product information cut sheet and labeled for <br />each product's intended use. Five (5) separate copies of the full <br />submittal are required and shall include, but not be limited to, the <br />following: <br />' <br />2. Schedule of work. <br />' <br />3. List of personnel with qualifications. <br />4. Each pipe type and size (main, lateral, other). <br />' <br />5. Pipe fittings (main, lateral, other), pipe lubricant. <br />6. Each wire type (with color coding). <br />7. Each controller and required components and accessories <br />including lightning protection and surge protection. <br />8. Each sprinkler head type (sprays, rotors, bubblers, etc.) including <br />nozzle types. <br />9. Each valve type /size (electric, coupler, gate, isolation, etc.). <br />10.
