C. Codes: Comply with the provisions of the latest addition of ACI 318, ACI <br />211. 1, and ACI 347 except as otherwise indicated. Where provisions of <br />ACI Codes are in conflict with the South Florida Building Code, the South <br />Florida Building Code will govern. <br />D. Formwork Tolerances: ACI 301 Chapter 4 except as required herein for <br />specified concrete tolerances. <br />1. Concrete deck - 1/8 inch maximum deviation for 10 feet long <br />straightedge placed anywhere on the surface. <br />E. Maximum allowable deviations from dimensions, elevations, slopes and <br />positions, unless otherwise indicated. <br />1. Footings: <br />(1) Width, depth, and length: Plus 2 inches; minus 1/2 inch. <br />(2) Misplacement or eccentricity: One inch. <br />(3) Elevation of top: Plus or minus 1/4 inch. <br />2. Top of all other base courses: Plus 0, minus 1/2 inch from course <br />profile elevation at every point and if slope is indicated, plus or minus <br />1/4 inch in 10 feet. <br />3. Tops of slabs or topping: Plus or minus 1/16 inch at each point. If <br />slope is indicated, slope uniformly to indicated low points. Top <br />elevations and slopes at U3 finish shall be absolute, as determined <br />by surveying instruments. <br />4. Top elevation of slabs not otherwise specified: Plus or minus 1/4 <br />inch at each point; and if slope is indicated, plus or minus 1/8 inch in <br />10 feet. <br />5. Top elevation of columns, slabs, wall and piers: Necessary to join <br />the adjacent surfaces shall not have more than plus or minus 1/8 <br />inch difference. <br />6. Plumb of columns, piers, walls, vertical joints not exposed to view in <br />finished structure: 1/4 inch in 10 feet, not exceeding one inch total. <br />7.
