SECTION 09820 <br />CEMENTITIOUS COATINGS <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.01 SCOPE OF WORK <br />A. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to apply <br />cementitious finish and associated materials as required by the Drawings <br />and as specified herein. <br />B. This work shall include the following- <br />1 . Cementitious finish on interior and exterior concrete surfaces. <br />2. Cementitious finish on exterior vertical exposed concrete sills, <br />overhangs, lintels, tie beams and other exposed exterior concrete. <br />3. Cementitious finish on interior and exterior masonry surfaces. <br />1.02 RELATED WORK <br />A. Structural repair of defective or honeycombed concrete, and patching of <br />tie cones are specified in Division 3. <br />1.03 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Submit shop drawings and 2 samples showing proposed finish treatment <br />of cementitious finish applied to an appropriate substrate and a detailed <br />description of methods and proportions of mixing and applying <br />' components of system. Manufacturer's representative should be <br />consulted during this period. <br />B. Finished application shall conform to approved samples. <br />C. Provide shop drawing showing details of construction and erection of base <br />plaster system, accessories, and cementitious finish. <br />1.04 MANUFACTURER'S REPRESENTATIVE <br />A. The services of a qualified manufacturer's representative shall be required <br />at project site at no additional cost to the Owner at commencement of <br />work under this Section and at least one other time during work of this <br />Section.
