Planning functions include intergovernmental coordination with County and neighboring cities on key land use issues.Please refer to Section F of the SF330 forms attached for detailed information on CGA's specific project experience. <br />FINANCIAL STABILITYCGA is a financially stable organization with the finan-cial capabilities to support the continued operations and level of service throughout the duration of this contract. <br />SIZE OF WORKFORCE CGA maintains a professional workforce of over 350 employees. This staff covers operations and admin-istrative support across all of CGA's business opera-tions. Specifically for this contract, CGA has dedicated 11 professional staff encompassing planning, civil en-gineering, traffic engineering, landscape architecture, and geographic information systems experts. Addi-tional detail on CGA's full workforce can be found in section II of CGA's SF 330 forms, found at the end of this section. <br />AVAILABILITY OF PERSONNEL Outlined in the table below is the projected availabil- <br />ity (in percentage) of the team members that will be assigned to this Contract. All personnel assigned to this contract have the availability to begin work upon contract award, and will maintain availability for the project throughout the duration of the contract. <br />LOCAL PERMITTING EXPERIENCE The team members selected for this project are all ex-tremely familiar with the various regulatory agencies specific to their disciplines. Over the years, relation-ships have been built and established which proves to be invaluable in terms of obtaining information and feedback. Our planning staff is in continuous commu-nication with the Department of Economic Opportu-nity (DEO) on a variety of issues on behalf of our mu-nicipal clients. Additionally, our staff is involved and is active participants in local planning organizations and endeavors. This allows us to exchange informa-tion amongst our fellow planners and keep abreast of planning trend. Finally, many of our planners attend the State conferences and workshops to keep abreast of changes in State laws. Below is a summary of the various submittals made to DEO which were all found in compliance. This excellent track record is a result of knowing the rules and requirements. <br />First in HB697 Implementation: CGA is a leader in implementing HB697 requirements for energy ef-ficiency and greenhouse gas reduction strategies in Comprehensive Plans.
