Over the past two years, we have grossed approximately $2.5 million dollars annually and we are projected to exceed $3 million in revenue in 2007. The firm is 100% owned by its founder, Rudy M. Ortiz, P.E. The firm currently has offices in Miami -Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County. Proof of authorization to transact business in the state of Florida. Section 3 of the proposal includes the most recent Proof of Authorization from the State of Florida, qualifying CES and Miller Legg to provide engineering services in the Sate. 4. Proposed Organization Chart & Qualifications of Team and Key Staff Assigned to Project Our Team is very knowledgeable with the design and construction oversight of capital improvement projects, including design of gravity lines, force mains, design and construction oversight of new roadways and /or widening of roadways. This vast experience has positioned the CES Team to identify specific project issues during the preliminary design phase. We will act as an extension of the City staff to provide value -added services that meet the objectives for these improvements. The table below illustrates the project level of participation for each firm and the key members of the CES Team. The CES Team will be headed by a team of experienced professionals with extensive experience in the successful implementation and delivery of similar infrastructure improvement projects.
