<br />EXPERIENCE:
<br />Mr. Gonzalez has over thirty four years of working experience in Civil Engineering Design, specifically
<br />in the area of water supply, sewerage, waste water treatment plants, paving and drainage. These services
<br />were provided to municipalities, county, state and federal agencies, private industries and real estate
<br />developers. His duties include, Project Management responsibilities of Civil Engineering Projects, from
<br />the Contracts Phase to coordination of the Civil Engineering portions ofthe project through the Feasibility
<br />Studies, Design, Permitting, Specifications, Construction and Final Certification Phases. Some of the
<br />projects that include drainage design and water and sewer improvements are:
<br />Bermuda Village - Coral Gables, FL - This project included the paving, grading, drainage, water and
<br />sewer design for a 30 -unit residential development. The project included 1400 if of 6" sanitary
<br />force main, 6801f of 8' water main and gravity sewer.
<br />Grand Flamingo Development - Miami Beach, FL. A 15 -acre, 1,675 unit rental apartment development
<br />at 1500 Bay Road, Miami Beach. The project included construction of new apartment towers and
<br />total re -doing of existing towers and site. It also included 15 drainage wells, major site drainage
<br />improvements, water supply, sanitary sewers, and site paving and grading.
<br />Florida International University, Parking Garage II - University Park, Miami, FL - This project
<br />included the site development for a new major 6 -story parking garage, including water, sewer,
<br />sewage pump station, site grading, paving and drainage.
<br />K -mart Store - North Miami, FL - This project included total site redevelopment and expansion for
<br />conversion of an existing K -mart store to a Super K -mart store. The plans included water, sewer,
<br />sewage pump station, site paving, grading and site drainage using 10 drainage wells.
<br />La Gorce Country Club - Miami Beach, FL - This project included total drainage for a 120 -acre golf
<br />course, and site engineering for a new $12 million clubhouse, design of golf course lakes and golf
<br />course maintenance facility. The scope of work included design phase services, permitting
<br />services, and construction administration services.
<br />City of Miami Beach, Bayshore Golf Course and Normandy Shore Golf Course -The project included
<br />drainage improvements and site grading for golf course maintenance area and solid waste transfer
<br />station.
<br />Maison Paco Rabanne - Miami Beach, FL - This project included site utilities such as drainage, water,
<br />sewer, and paving for a new high -rise condominium apartment building. The site enclosed the City
