His knowledge and professional background qualifies <br />him as a Project Engineer with experience in contract documents and administration, general management <br />and interface with private and public sectors, roadway inspection, permitting, feasibility studies, proposal <br />preparation, construction observations, as well as permit processing. Some of the projects included: <br />Palmetto Bay Roadway Improvements - Village of Palmetto Bay - Duties such as producing plans, <br />performed daily observation of work progress during milling, re- paving and striping. Coordinated <br />between the contractor and the Village of Palmetto Bay. <br />Riviera Office Building West - This project included on -site Civil Engineering Services for Water, Sewer <br />& Drainage. This project also included improvements for Paving Grading, Exfiltration Trench and <br />Widening of an existing roadway; Implementing a right turn lane from Riviera Drive onto S. Dixie <br />Highway, along with a Signing and Marking Plan and a signal modification plan required by Miami - <br />Dade County. Special permitting involved FDOT, Miami -Dade Public Works, Coral Gables Public <br />Works as well as DERM plans approval assistance. <br />Rosaro Office Building East - This project included on -site Paving Grading and Drainage Plans for areas <br />outside the building footprint. This task also included Roadway, Water & Sewer, and Drainage <br />improvements. DERM Plans approval assistance for Storm Drainage calculations & Plans <br />submittal and processing were also included. <br />Grand Avenue Improvements - Miami Dade Public Works <br />This project included the Master Planning and design for the reconstruction of approximately <br />3,200 LF of roadway from a 4 -lane undivided roadway to a 2 -lane divided roadway with the purpose <br />of providing traffic calming and improving the overall appearance of the area. Drainage, decorative <br />street lighting, brick sidewalks, landscaping, and sidewalk furniture were included in the project. <br />Ives Estates Park Master Plan - Miami Dade Parks Department <br />This project included the Master Plan design for a new 84 acre park and regional office complex. <br />The project included recreational lighting, street lighting, parking lot design, and water and sewer <br />design. <br />SR 826 (Sunny Isles Boulevard) from SR 5 (US -1) to 900' East of NE 35" Avenue <br />This was a milling and resurfacing project that included the addition of Bike Lanes along SR 826 <br />from US -1 to the Oleta State Park entrance. This project also included the upgrading of four (4) <br />span wire traffic signals to mast arms. The following plans were generated: Roadway, Signing and <br />Marking, and Signalization. <br />SR 5 (Biscayne Blvd) from NE 209' Street to the Broward County Line <br />This was a milling and resurfacing project that included the addition of Bike Lanes from NE 209' <br />Street to the Miami -Dade / Broward County Line. The upgrading of a span wire traffic signal to <br />mast arms at NE 209th Street was also included in this project.
