Construction Administration - 2 <br />' Bermuda Village - Force Main - Performed daily observation of work progress during the installation of <br />6" force main from a new residential development to a city pump station. Project included MOT, <br />excavation, 2,700 ft of force main, rock bedding, flowable fill, asphalt patching, pressure test and <br />' connection to city lift station. <br />' Spanish Trace Condominium - Drainage Improvements and Parking Lot Resurfacing Project. <br />Observed construction operations and documented progress for the asphalt resurfacing and striping <br />of a parking lot for a residential condominium. Also performed construction administration duties <br />' and generated a punch list for final acceptance of the job. The project included installation of new <br />drainage structures, exfiltration trenches, asphalt overlay and striping. <br />US -1 and Douglas Road Pedestrian Overpass (2002 -2003) - Project Engineer for the construction of a <br />prefabricated steel pedestrian bridge with concrete towers, spanning over US -1 at Douglas Road. <br />Duties included the coordination of project files and logs, liaison between owner and contractor for <br />the resolution of RFI, changes, submittals, etc., negotiated and prepared change rebuttal <br />documentation, meeting minutes, verified general contract compliance and sub - consultant's <br />invoices, inspected force account work and aided in the preparation of pay requests, change orders <br />to the contract, and close -out documentation. <br />Additional Tracks at the William Lehman Center Rail Shop (2003 -2004) - Project Engineer for the <br />construction of 1.5 miles of additional railroad tracks at the Miami -Dade Transit William Lehman <br />Center Rail Shop and its connection to the existing tracks. The project also included the <br />reconditioning of an existing parking lot, and the addition of three new parking areas, deep <br />exfiltration trenches. Duties included contract administration, and daily inspections of all phases <br />and aspects of the construction process.
