<br />water. Assisted in the geotechnical engineering study and evaluation for recommendations of concrete piles.
<br />Target Distribution Center, Tyler, TX -This project consisted of the construction of a 1.5 million ft' distribution
<br />center. Designed and inspectedthe construction of fly ash /cement modified clayey sands to allow construction
<br />during the wet season and designed /inspected temporary &permanent dewatering systems.
<br />' 1881 Arlington, Arlington, VA- This project is to consist of a 20 -story condominium with 4- levels below grade
<br />in downtown Arlington. Assisted in preparation of the geotechnical engineering study report.
<br />Target Store, Barboursville, WV- Evaluated and analyzed ongoing slope movement and settlement of 60 ft
<br />high embankment previously stabilized with anchored thrust blocks, toe berm, and surficial geosynthetics.
<br />Designed and provided construction oversight for 70 ft high hillside stabilization including two - tiered anchored
<br />sheetpile wall system.
<br />Target Store, South Charleston, WV- Evaluated on -going building settlements and determined potential
<br />mitigation techniques.
<br />INTERNATIONAL GEOTECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
<br />Atlantis Phase III, Nassau, Paradise Island, Bahamas- This development is to consist of the construction of
<br />phase III of the Atlantis Resort Complexincluding: twin 23 -story hotel structure, dolphin experience lagoon,
<br />mayan temple structure, amenity /support structures, casino expansion, conference expansion, and various
<br />retaining structures. Provided geotechnical design and construction services.
<br />BahaMar Development (Cable Beach Megaresort), Paradise Island, Bahamas - This development is to consist
<br />of multiple high -rise structures, low -rise support buildings as well as numerous resort amenities and bridges.
<br />Provided geotechnical peer review consulting services during design process, oversaw pre - development test
<br />pile and load test program and served as the lead geotechnical engineer for the bridge improvement portion of
<br />the project.
<br />Convention Center, Laundry, and Warehouse Facility, Paradise Island, Bahamas- Performed a geotechnical
<br />engineering study for the Convention Center Expansion, Laundry and Warehouse Facilities and provided
<br />construction oversight during foundation construction of a convention center expansion.
<br />Chub Cay Island Redevelopment, Berry Islands, Bahamas- This development is to consist of the
<br />redevelopment of approximately 100 acres and will include: construction of 100+ single family homes,
<br />expansion of an existing marina, construction of bulkheads, floating piers, and mega -yacht docks, various
<br />support/infrastructure buildings, hotels, clubhouses, etc.
<br />Palmyra Resort, Montego Bay, Jamaica- Provided peer review services and dispute resolutions services for
<br />on -going CFA piling installation for a proposed 15story condominium.
<br />Sinha Residence, Abaco Island, Bahamas- Performed a geotechnical engineering study for a proposed
<br />residence at the Winding Bay at Abaco in the Bahamas to allow use of shallow foundations.
