Section I - Business Overview BCC Engineering, Inc. has been providing Professional Engineering Services in Miami-Dade County since 1994. The firm was founded in Miami and the Principals and Staff are all long time residents with deep roots in the community. Over the past few years the firm has grown to 28 employees, 26 of which are based locally in our Miami-Dade County office. BCC's core business sector is civil and structural engineering design for public agencies. We have a permanent full-time staff that includes 7 Registered Professional Engineers (PE's), 7 Engineering Interns (EI's), and a support staff of 14 designers, technicians and administrative personnel. At BCC Engineering, we believe there is no other small civil engineering firm that has the depth and breadth of resources combined with the knowledge and experience that we offer the City of sunny Isles Beach. Our in-house capabilities translate into efficiency and increased productivity in the design and preparation of construction documents. This in turn means the City can also be certain that BCC will provide them with the best value. The firm over the last two years has been growing from a revenue standpoint. Our annual revenues for fiscal year 2005 were $1,079,979.00 and in 2006 they were $2,078,098.00. The firm is in a healthy financial state with no outstanding debt, over $1 M+ in accounts receivable and over $2.5M of backlog looking forward to the next 18 months.
