Assignments included: 1) Design of access roadways for <br />the Homestead Mortorsports Complex, 2) Neighborhood Water and Sewer Improvements <br />for replacement of undersized water mains and septic tanks, 3) roadway design, <br />storm water master plan, and water and sewer improvements for Park of Commerce <br />(Industrial Park), and 4) paving and grading, and water and sewer improvements for <br />Pioneer Village (Residential Development). <br />As is evident Mr. Benitez's career has focused on the design of public infrastructure projects for <br />municipalities, counties and state agencies, in South Florida. He has a reputation for getting <br />things done professionally and efficiently. This combination of energy and experience is what <br />Mr. Benitez will bring to each and every assignment the City of Sunny Isles tasks us with under <br />this contract. <br />4.1.2 Support Staff <br />The following is a brief description of our key support staff members: <br />Ariel Millan, P.E.: Mr. Millan is a principal of the firm and Head of Highway Engineering. <br />Over this period, Mr. Millan has developed into a highly regarded Transportation Engineer <br />capable of handling any size project from minor intersection improvements to limited access <br />facilities with complex urban interchanges. . <br />Jose Munoz, P.E.: Mr. Munoz is a Principal with the firm and has over II years of experience <br />on major Transportation Projects. His particular expertise is in Construction Engineering and <br />Inspection, land development, water and sewer, and traffic operations design. He has also served <br />as Project Manager for the preliminary and final design of highway improvements, urban <br />arterials and collectors, and limited/controlled access highways. <br />Luis Tellechea: Mr. Tellechea has over 40 years of transportation design experience which has <br />included working both as the Consultant and as an FDOT Project Manager. One would be hard <br />pressed to find an individual with similar qualifications - from the design of local roads to <br />complex highway. and interstate projects Mr. Tellechea has managed and led some of the most <br />significant roadway projects in Miami-Dade County and throughout Florida. <br />Luis Rodrie:uez, P.E.: Mr. Rodriguez has over 7 years of experience in the field of <br />transportation design. His particular areas of expertise are in PD&E studies, traffic studies / <br />modeling, and traffic operations design (signing and pavement markings, signalization, and <br />roadway lighting). <br />Elia Nunez, P.E.: Ms. Nunez has 6 years of experience including drainage design and <br />environmental permitting. Her recent experience includes drainage and permitting for the <br />reconstruction ofI-595 in Broward County from I-75 to 1-95. <br />Dacha Quintana, E.I.: Ms. Quintana is a project engineer responsible for traffic studies, traffic <br />operations design, and project development and environmental (PD&E) projects.
