Mr. Gil-Mera is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, The Florida Engineering Society and the Cuban-American Association of Civil Engineers where he currently holds the Vice-President position. He is a 1986 graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Mr. Gil-Mera has over 21 years of experience in design of transportation facilities in the South Florida Area. Mr. Gil-Mera will be supported by top notch professionals who will be responsible for their areas of expertise. These task leaders showing in bold in our Table of Organization will be: Antonio G. Acosta, P.E. - Principal in charge, Felix Blanco, P.E. - Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Alex Vi, P.E. - General Civil Engineering, Arnelio Alfonso, P.E. - Stormwater and Sanitary Engineering, Eduardo Martinez, P.E. - Electrical Engineering, Eithel Sierra, P.E. - Traffic & Transportation and Nelson Perez, P.E. - Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) and Construction Management.
