THE NAME, TITLE, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND ALL CONTACT INFORMATION OF THE PROPOSED <br />CONT ACT PERSON. <br /> <br />GFA International commits the resources of Mr. Frederick G. Kaub, P.G., Executive Vice President and <br />Co-Owner to be the principal in charge of this contract, should we be selected. Mr. Kaub is a licensed <br />Florida geologist with 20 years of experience. He is a graduate of Indiana University (White Star <br />Endowment Scholarship recipient) and has served in the capacity of expert professional with the South <br />Florida Water Management District. As co-owner of the organization, Mr. Kaub has been intimately <br />involved in the company's public contracts and has been designated as primary liaison to each. Mr. <br />Kaub can be reached at our corporate office: 561-347-0070. Once selected for this contract, it is GFA <br />policy to share personal cell phone numbers with City officials should an emergency situation arise. Mr. <br />Kaub's curriculum vita follows. <br /> <br />6. A LISTING OF THE PROPOSED PERSONNEL TO BE ASSIGNED TO THE CITY'S VARIOUS POTENTIAL PROJECTS, <br />INCLUDING THEIR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE. <br /> <br />We envision the reporting mechanisms for this contract to be as illustrated below. He is a <br />graduate of Indiana University (White Star Endowment Scholarship Recipient) with a B.S. in Geology; is <br />a licensed Florida Professional Geologist; and is co-founder of GFA International (1988). He has <br />served in the capacity of Expert Professional for the South Florida Water Management District and is <br />dedicated as Executive Liaison to each of the company's public services continuing contracts. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Paul H. Danforth, P.E.. Regional Vice President, will have primary responsibility for all quality <br />control and assurance. He is a registered Florida Professional Engineer with 20 years <br />experience in geotechnical evaluations, construction materials testing, civil engineering, <br />structural design, building inspection, threshold inspection, forensic and plan review services. <br /> <br />Environmental .
