<br /> <br />o He is a graduate of North Carolina University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is also a Certified <br />Special Inspector of Threshold Buildings. <br /> <br />His area of expertise is diverse. He has personally overseen over 18 materials testing projects on <br />transportation projects since 2000; over 2,000 residential geotechnical projects; and geotechnical <br />services for: Florida Power and Light; Loxahatchee River District projects; and various FDOT projects. <br />In addition, Mr. Danforth has served as expert witness for a multitude of cities and municipalities <br />throughout the state. <br /> <br />John Desnovers. P.E.. is Engineer of Record for GFA International and has over 20 vears <br />experience. He will assume primary engineering responsibility for the individual project(s) <br />within this contract with full authority and autonomy to identify areas of improvement for the <br />project as described, managing all project initiatives, expenditures, and personnel while <br />reporting directly to the the Branch Manager and Regional Vice President on a regular schedule. <br />Mr. Desnoyers holds a B.S. and M.S., in Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. In addition to <br />holding the license of Professional Engineer with the State of Florida, he is also a Certified Special <br />Inspector of Threshold Buildings. <br /> <br />A successful, comprehensive contract requires the oversight of a professional who has the <br />ability to work with all constituencies within the City. This individual must act as a facilitator, <br />motivator, and advocate for the project. Mr. Desnoyers was selected for this role because he <br />has extensive experience managing large, complex projects requiring support from all facets of <br />the City, regulatory agencies, and engineering consulting organizations. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Marc A. Saccarelli, CFEA. LEP, is Vice President. Environmental Services for GFA International <br />and has over 20 vears experience. All of the organization's environmental projects are <br />performed under his direct supervision. With a staff of eight, including two Professional <br />Geologists, Marc is the vehicle that expedites all field operations; reviews all reports; and is <br />responsible for client satisfaction. He holds a B.S. in Geosciences from Pennsylvania State <br />University and holds the following certifications: Health & Safety Operations at Hazardous Materials <br />Sites (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120) 40-Hour OSHA Certification; OSHA Site Safety Officer: and Asphalt <br />Plant Technician, State of Florida. <br /> <br />Mohammed Hai. P.E.. is Manager of GFA's Geotechnical Division. Mr. Hai holds a B.S. and M.S. <br />in Civil Engineering as well as a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Florida Institute of <br />Technology. He has over 10 years experience in the industry. His responsibilities include site and <br />foundation recommendations. In addition, he performs geotechnical site inspection and monitors site <br />development. He is also responsible for preparing all geotechnical estimates. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Daniel L. PridQen. Vice President. Transportation Division. Mr. Pridgen has been with GFA <br />International since 1999. His primary mission is to maintain the integrity of the critical elements <br />of transportation infrastructure, including bridges and retaining walls. He ascertains that all <br />services are performed under the strict specifications of City and FDOT requirements. He is also <br />responsible for ensuring that all GFA field and laboratory technicians possess the specialized <br />education, training, certifications, and experience to conduct these services through industry <br />accreditation organizations. Mr. Pridgen holds certifications as follows: ACI Concrete Field Testing <br />Technician - Grade I; ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician; ACI Concrete Laboratory Testing <br /> <br />Environmental .
