o He is a graduate of North Carolina University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is also a Certified Special Inspector of Threshold Buildings. His area of expertise is diverse. He has personally overseen over 18 materials testing projects on transportation projects since 2000; over 2,000 residential geotechnical projects; and geotechnical services for: Florida Power and Light; Loxahatchee River District projects; and various FDOT projects. In addition, Mr. Danforth has served as expert witness for a multitude of cities and municipalities throughout the state. John Desnovers. P.E.. is Engineer of Record for GFA International and has over 20 vears experience. He will assume primary engineering responsibility for the individual project(s) within this contract with full authority and autonomy to identify areas of improvement for the project as described, managing all project initiatives, expenditures, and personnel while reporting directly to the the Branch Manager and Regional Vice President on a regular schedule. Mr. Desnoyers holds a B.S. and M.S., in Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. In addition to holding the license of Professional Engineer with the State of Florida, he is also a Certified Special Inspector of Threshold Buildings. A successful, comprehensive contract requires the oversight of a professional who has the ability to work with all constituencies within the City. This individual must act as a facilitator, motivator, and advocate for the project. Mr. Desnoyers was selected for this role because he has extensive experience managing large, complex projects requiring support from all facets of the City, regulatory agencies, and engineering consulting organizations. o Marc A. Saccarelli, CFEA. LEP, is Vice President. Environmental Services for GFA International and has over 20 vears experience. All of the organization's environmental projects are performed under his direct supervision. With a staff of eight, including two Professional Geologists, Marc is the vehicle that expedites all field operations; reviews all reports; and is responsible for client satisfaction. He holds a B.S. in Geosciences from Pennsylvania State University and holds the following certifications: Health & Safety Operations at Hazardous Materials Sites (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120) 40-Hour OSHA Certification; OSHA Site Safety Officer: and Asphalt Plant Technician, State of Florida. Mohammed Hai. P.E.. is Manager of GFA's Geotechnical Division. Mr. Hai holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering as well as a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology. He has over 10 years experience in the industry. His responsibilities include site and foundation recommendations. In addition, he performs geotechnical site inspection and monitors site development. He is also responsible for preparing all geotechnical estimates. o Daniel L. PridQen. Vice President. Transportation Division. Mr. Pridgen has been with GFA International since 1999. His primary mission is to maintain the integrity of the critical elements of transportation infrastructure, including bridges and retaining walls. He ascertains that all services are performed under the strict specifications of City and FDOT requirements. He is also responsible for ensuring that all GFA field and laboratory technicians possess the specialized education, training, certifications, and experience to conduct these services through industry accreditation organizations.
