Our team is most competent and has vast knowledge of the specific scope, as <br />defined in the RFQ. <br /> <br />Alleguez Architecture, Inc. was established in October of 1995, is qualified as a Small Hispanic <br />Woman Business Enterprise, and is based in Miami, Florida. Ana Alleguez, R.A. is the sole <br />owner. The company has grown to a seven staff firm with a net income growth of approximately <br />10% over the last three years with revenues exceeding $1 million dollars each year. Our current <br />projects value over 22 million dollars in construction costs some have been recently completed or <br />are schedule for completion within the next 12 month. <br /> <br />At Alleguez Architecture, Inc., it is our mission to give enduring value to our clients through <br />innovative, efficient designs with complementing high industry standards. Surpassing our <br />client's expectations for service, value and quality; making a difference in our communities <br />are our highest goals. This is why I strongly believe that no matter how small or large the <br />project, what is important is the process in which projects are tackled and how they are executed. <br />My philosophy on management stems from a high regard for using a team approach and being a <br />working principal. Because of this, I have established a work plan and management approach. <br />Our team's experience and approach will allow the Alleguez team to provide a specialized yet <br />quick response. <br /> <br />The Alleguez Team has project experience ranging from historical renovations and remodeling to <br />roofing to upgrading mechanical systems, rehabilitation and modernization to multi-family <br />housing, educational facilities, retail and restaurants, offices, day care facilities including new <br />construction. We are also familiar with fast-tracked and design-build projects such as fire <br />stations, parks, and municipal libraries. Our contracts have allowed us to not get "pigeon holed" <br />into doing just one type of architecture or delivery method making this team well aware of the <br />complexities and the importance of excellent communication and required teamwork to deliver <br />successful projects. The City of Sunny Isles Beach will acquire a team that will provide successful <br />projects not only because of out experience but because the Team is very familiar with the <br />necessary codes and governing criteria established by, FBC, ADA, Life Safety and other <br />applicable regulations.
