R.A. _ Princioal-in-Char2e. will direct and oversee the overall design effort, as well as be responsible for recruiting personnel, financial resources, computing and data collection equipment and production resources. She will monitor project progress to ensure adherence to contractual duties and conduct periodic audits of technical performance of Alleguez staff and consultants. She will spearhead the overall project schedule for design and will be the primary and initial point of contact. Alberto Gonzalez. G.c. - Senior Proiect Mana2er & Team Leader; will be responsible for assigning resources to various work items, establishing and implementing design quality control, maintaining regular communication with the team and the City's Staff and overseeing design and production. He will monitor the project schedule and identify problems and issues to be resolved in a timely manner. He also will be responsible for internal quality control reviews of all submittals before they are delivered. Alberto will also be responsible for the quality of work produced by each project manager and sub-consultants. Each PM will also be responsible for the timely completion of the work in accordance with the project schedule. This will be achieved through a daily interaction with staff and weekly in-house progress meetings, All sub-consultants and specialists must collaborate and be precisely coordinated so that there is no sacrifice in quality. Marlene Rett & Orlando Melian. Architect - Proiect Mana2er; will both serve as project architects and team's production leader, Marlene and Orlando both are architectural graduates working towards their registration by the end of this year, They have worked on various projects simultaneously and are familiar with the intricacies of this type of contract. They will be responsible for the day to day activities directly related to projects assigned to them and will maintain regular communication with the consultants, City's staff and general contractors or construction managers as may be required. Because of the extensive knowledge that the team brings to this contract, each of the key team members established above will be responsible for Ouality Control / Ouality Assurance with principal-in-charge; Ana Alleguez personally involved at mayor delivery milestones of these projects and Senior Project Manager and Team Leader, Alberto Gonzalez supporting the efforts. The City will be able to directly communicate with the designated PM as the project( s) progress for highest efficiency. Our miscellaneous services contract experience has sharpened our ability to deal with projects that require extensive phasing and coordination. Weare particularly qualified to perform the requested services due to an extensive and diverse project history. The City of Sunny Isles Beach will acquire a team that will exceed all standards and expectations. The Alleguez team plans to accomplish this with the following Team Work Plan and Management Approach.
