<br />Summary Minutes: Regular City Commission Meeting <br /> <br />July 20, 2006 <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br /> <br />agreed to design and construct the fayade at the water facility; 3) the developer is required to <br />seek approval from Miami-Dade County Shoreline Committee; 4) the developer agreed to a <br />barrier (baywalk access), subj ect to approval by staff; 5) no valet requirement for the entrance <br />on Collins A venue and no loading zone; 6) the developer has agreed to work with the Miami- <br />Dade County Bus System to see if they can move the bus stop; and 7) the developer has <br />agreed to work with the City regarding Commission Iglesias' comment on DOT funds. <br /> <br />Commissioner Iglesias moved and Commissioner Thaler seconded a motion for approval as <br />amended, subject to staff conditions. Modification of condition #3 previously approved under Resolution No. 03-Z-75, passed <br />and adopted on July 17,2003 reading as follows: <br /> <br />From: Plans are on file and may be examined in the Zoning Department entitled <br />"Regalia", prepared by The Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership consisting of 26 <br />sheets dated revised 4/04/03 and plan entitled "Conceptual Paving, Drainage, Water and <br />Sewer Plan", prepared by Fortin, Leavy, Skiles, Inc., consisting of one sheet date signed <br />4/07/03, plan entitled "Existing Driveway Location", prepared by Fortin, Leavy, Skiles, <br />Inc., dated 2/13/03. Plans may be modified at public hearing. <br /> <br />To: That the project shall be develop substantially in accordance with the plans <br />submitted for public hearing for "Regalia, LLC" and are on file in the Planning and <br />Zoning Department entitled "Regalia" prepared by Arquitectonica consisting of 11 sheets <br />dated stamped received 06-21-06 and plans entitled "Boundary Survey" consisting of 4 <br />sheets prepared by "Fortin Leavy, Skiles, Inc"., dated stamped received 06-21-06. All <br />plans and conditions approved under Resolution No. 03-Z-75 shall remain in full effect as <br />otherwise modified in this resolution. <br /> <br />2. Repeal of Resolution No. 2006-890, passed and adopted by the City Commission on <br />February 16, 2006. <br />Protests 0 Waivers 0 Ex Parte ~ <br /> <br />Action: Mayor Edelcup gave opening remarks on zoning procedures/decorum and <br />City Clerk Hines read a disclaimer for the Zoning hearing, and read the applicant's name, <br />hearing number, location and administered the oath to the witnesses for the Zoning hearing. <br />Planning and Zoning Technician Elena Del Campillo reported and recommended repealing <br />Resolution No. 2006-890, and approval of this application with staff conditions. <br /> <br />9 <br />
