<br />\ NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY COMMISSION of THE CITY
<br />OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH is seeking sealed bids for ~he following work
<br />as specified.

<br />Atlantic Isles Roadway and Utility Improvements
<br />CGA Project No. 05-4893
<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Bid No. 08-06-01
<br />
<br />Sealed bids for the construction of the design of roadway improvements,
<br />including construction of sanitary sewer collection system with gravity
<br />sewer lines, manholes, 'WASD lift station and force main; paving,
<br />grading, and drainage improvements; under grounding of certain utilities,
<br />such as FPL power, CATV, and telephone. The installation of a new
<br />water main with services is also proposed by the City of North Miami
<br />Beach to be constructed contemporaneously, but not currently in this
<br />contract and will be received by the Owner, City of Sunny Isles Beach.

<br />Bids shall be on a unit price basis; segregated bids will not be accepted."
<br />Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk until 11 :30 am,
<br />Monday, June 16, 2008 at the City of Sunny Isles Beach, City Halll
<br />located at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160.
<br />Bids received after this time will. be returned unopened. Bids SUbmitted,.
<br />will be opened publicly and read aloud at this time.

<br />Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Total Bid, must
<br />accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instr~ctions to Bidders.

<br />The contract will be awarded by the Owner to the lowest responsible and
<br />responsive bidder whose bid best serves the interests Of,. and represents,
<br />the best value to, the Owner pursuant to the criteria set forth in Section
<br />62-8 of the Code of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Price is only a factor in
<br />determining the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.

<br />cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the Bid, j
