Debris removed from the water will be placed upon Materials Barges and shuttled to the <br />Access Point by the Pusher Boat. Materials will then be offloaded utilizing a Wheeled Loader onto On- <br />Road Haul Trucks for disposition. <br /> <br />It is anticipated that the Work Barge with Hydraulic Excavator method should be sufficient to accomplish <br />the required work.
