Restore permanent facilities used during construction to their specified condition. <br /> <br />C. Remove and replace damaged surfaces that are exposed to view if surfaces cannot be repaired <br />without visible evidence of repair. <br /> <br />D. Repair components that do not operate properly. Remove and replace operating components <br />that cannot be repaired. <br /> <br />E.
