Bushhammer Finish: Allow concrete to cure at least 14 days before starting bushhammer <br />surface fmish operations. <br /> <br />1. Surface Continuity: Perform bushhammer fmishing in as continuous an operation as <br />possible, maintaining continuity of finish on each surface or area of Work. Maintain <br />required patterns Dr variances of cut as shown on Drawings or to match design reference <br />sample or mockup. <br />2. Surface Cut: Maintain required depth of cut and general aggregate exposure. <br /> <br />3.7 CONCRETE CURING <br /> <br />A. Begin curing cast-in-place architectural concrete immediately after [removing forms from] <br />[applying as-cast formled finishes to] concrete. Cure according to ACI 308.1, by one or a <br />combination of [moisture curing] [moisture-retaining-cover curing] [curing compound] <br />methods that will not mottle, discolor, or stain concrete: <br /> <br />3.8 FIELD QUALITY COl'irTROL <br /> <br />A. General: Comply with Division 3 Section "Cast-in-Place Concrete" for field quality-control <br />requirements. <br /> <br />3.9 REPAIRS AND PROTECTION <br /> <br />A. Repair and cure damaged fmished surfaces of cast-in-place architectural concrete when <br />approved by Architect. Match repairs to color, texture, and uniformity of surrounding surfaces <br />and to repairs on approved mockups. <br /> <br />1. Remove and replace cast-in-place architectural concrete that cannot be repaired and cured <br />to Architect's approval. <br /> <br />B. Protect comers, edges, and surfaces of cast-in-place architectural concrete from damage; use <br />guards and barricades. <br /> <br />C.
