<br />SECTION 33 <br />REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />33.1 Local: Comply with The City of Sunny Isles Beach, South Florida Building Code, Dade County <br />Product Approval Process, Florida Department of Transportation, Dade County Water and Sewer <br />Department standards for permits, materials, and workmanship, and all other governmental and quasi- <br />governmental organizations that have jurisdiction over the work. <br /> <br />33.2 State: Comply with State of Florida Laws and Regulations, at a minimum. The right is reserved <br />by City to allow all interested parties with a vested interest in the Work to have access to the Work.
