SECTION 34 REFERENCES AND STANDARDS Whenever reference is made to the furnishing of materials or testing thereof to conform to the standards of any technical society, organization, or body, it shall be construed to mean the latest standard, code, specification, or tentative specification adopted and published at the time of advertisement for bids, even though reference has been made to an earlier standard. Such standards are made a part hereof to the extent which is indicated or intended.
