Gus Fernandez, Sr. Project Manager - Gus has close to 20 years experience in construction, with emphasis on govern- mental and institutional facilities. He is an expert scheduler and has experience working at Parking Facilities giving him an edge with issues like phasing, planning for construction in occupied sites and extensive knowledge of sub-contractors and vendors. Gus, will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of all construction activities for the proj- ect, including but not limited to: Cost & Risk Management, Schedule update, Sub-contractor & Vendor Billing, adequate reporting to Owner and MCM Management, prepare requisi- tion and schedules of values including updates to job cost reports, coordination of Team Meetings to maintain clear lines of communications. Highlights of Gus's Experience include the Construction of Sunny Isles Beach Community K-B Schools, which included the construction of a 4-story, pre-cast parking garage, with 150 spaces. Additionally, he also built GTI Central Collections Plaza for the Flamingo and Dolphin Parking Garages, including significant modifications to the existing garages at Miami International Airport. He has built several parking garages for educational facilities such as Coral Park Senior High School and Westland Hia- leah Sf. Paul Bessell, Assistant Project Manager (PARKING) - Paul has over 7 years experience working with clients such as Miami International Airport, Miami-Dade County Public Schools and more recently the City of Miami Beach. He has experience building both parking garages and park & sports facilities, so he is perfectly suited to assist in the supervision of this project. STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS Brook Wolfe, Assistant Project Manager (PARK) - Brook has over 6 years Civil construction experience. She just com- pleted the construction of South Pointe Park, a $22 million overhaul that resulted in a "state of the art" park for the City of Miami Beach. Her involvement in this project and her ex- pertise with environmental issues gives her an edge to over- see the construction of Heritage Park. Brook will be respon- sible for the overall management of all construction activities related to the park, . Bill McCue, Superintendent - Bill has over 33 years experi- ence in construction, with a heavy emphasis on commercial and educational facilities in South Florida. He has extensive experience working at commercial, multi-story facilities such as the Heritage Parking Garage, as well as acres of devel- opment of sports fields and playgrounds for Miami-Dade County Public Schools giving him an edge with issues that this project can present during construction. Bill was the su- perintendent in charge of the construction of the Jackson Memorial's North Parking Garage, a 5 story pre-cast facility very similar to the Heritage Parking Garage. Florida Lemark, Structural Concrete Specialist (con- struction) - was founded in 1987 and is family owned and g, operated. They have been doing business in South Florida .3 for 20 years. Florida Lemark's primary focus is commercial i construction, specializing in the construction and renova- ~ tion of parking garages. They strive to be the benchmark ~ to concrete restoration, forming, and finishing and provide ~ top quality work and service in a timely, effective, efficient, .f innovative, and economic manner. MCM has been working ~ with Florida Lemark for the past 15 years with excellent re- ~ suits. As structural specialists, they will be responsible for .~ assessing the current design and ensure constructability at ~ the best price.
