Our proposed project manager has recently completed a gold certified office building with a standalone garage. Having completed three design-build garages of similar design we understand the material choices and quality standards that will be required to protect a long term asset. ~ Quality Control: Current Builders Quality Control process dictates that every project has a unique quality control plan based on internal guidelines, construction methodology and owner requirements. In using the establish processes, the Quality Control manager creates a project specific quality control plan, which includes project specific inspection checklists, frequency and type of testing required, as well as the scheduling of third party consultants. In support of the site specific quality control plan, Current Builders supervisory field staff is trained in the use of the software quality control program, with reports monitored and reviewed by the Quality Control Manager. ~ Safety: Our safety culture has been recognized on the National, State and Local levels. Current Builders is a founding partner in the Florida CHASE (Construction Health and Safety Excellence) program, a partnership between OSHA, AGC and member contractors. We have been granted SHARP (Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program) status after a rigorous acceptance process. SHARP is an OSHA partnership that recognizes employers who operate an exemplary safety and health management system. Acceptance into SHARP by OSHA is an achievement of status that singled out Current Builders among our business peers as a model for worksite safety and health. Current Builders is only one of a handful of General Contractors in the Florida who have attained this status.
