<br />-- <br /> <br /> <br />1. Firm History, Ownership & Key Management <br /> <br />KVC Constructors, Inc. commenced operations in April of 2001. The principals of the firm, Katherine <br />Crespin (President), Vick Crespin (Vice President) and Frank Dykes (Director of Field Operations) have <br />worked together for over twenty years before the formation of KVC and are all active in the management <br />of KVC Constructors, Inc. KVC has completed a broad range of projects which include parks and <br />recreation facilities, multi-family residential, municipal facilities, schools, and several parking garage <br />and mixed use facilities which have been delivered through traditional General contractor Lump sum <br />agreements as well as through Design-build and Construction Manager forms of contract. <br /> <br />2. Anticipated Company Changes <br /> <br />Company management and ownership is local, has been in its present form since inception and is not <br />anticipated to change. <br /> <br />3. Location of Corporate Headquarters <br /> <br />KVC Constructors, Inc. leases air-conditioned office space of approximately 4,000 square feet in a two- <br />story bank building located at 9499 NE 2nd Avenue, Suite 205 in Miami Shores, Florida. All estimating <br />and accounting functions work out of this main office. Project management also reports to senior <br />management at this location. <br /> <br />4. Pre-Construction & Construction Phase Offices <br /> <br />The location of main offices will also serve as the pre-construction and construction phase headquarters. <br />Project management also reports to senior management at this location. Project management staff will <br />be located on site working out of jobsite trailer facilities, which are air conditioned and computerized for <br />full capability. <br /> <br />5. Project Team <br /> <br />KVC is adequately staffed to take on any project that we pursue; our staff is well equipped and has the <br />experience and capacity to properly oversee and execute any Project. Most professional staff members <br />are college educated and have over five years experience in the construction industry and all are <br />proficient in the use of computer based project management systems as well as word processing and <br />other computing software. Our staff has the experience and track record managing the work, using the <br />project management systems and delivering the completed product. Our proposed team for The Sunny <br />Isles Beach Heritage Park and Parking Garage has successfully completed several projects <br />together including two parking garages and a Park Facility. <br />See Attachment B for Project Organizational Chart including resumes of key personnel. <br /> <br />6. Organization <br /> <br />KVC Constructors, Inc. is a full service construction organization with in house estimating, project <br />management and accounting capabilities. Inasmuch as KVC Constructors, Inc. is a young organization, <br />we are still at a stage in our history where the principals feel obligated to stay fully involved in all aspects <br />of the operation. For that reason, many functions are interwoven. Our organizational structure is <br />depicted in the Organizational Chart in Attachment A. <br /> <br />The estimating department is housed in the main office and is responsible for preparation of proposals, <br />bids and preparation of most documentation associated with securing and awarding the work of the firm. <br />
