-- 1. Firm History, Ownership & Key Management KVC Constructors, Inc. commenced operations in April of 2001. The principals of the firm, Katherine Crespin (President), Vick Crespin (Vice President) and Frank Dykes (Director of Field Operations) have worked together for over twenty years before the formation of KVC and are all active in the management of KVC Constructors, Inc. KVC has completed a broad range of projects which include parks and recreation facilities, multi-family residential, municipal facilities, schools, and several parking garage and mixed use facilities which have been delivered through traditional General contractor Lump sum agreements as well as through Design-build and Construction Manager forms of contract. 2. Anticipated Company Changes Company management and ownership is local, has been in its present form since inception and is not anticipated to change. 3. Location of Corporate Headquarters KVC Constructors, Inc. leases air-conditioned office space of approximately 4,000 square feet in a two- story bank building located at 9499 NE 2nd Avenue, Suite 205 in Miami Shores, Florida. All estimating and accounting functions work out of this main office. Project management also reports to senior management at this location. 4. Pre-Construction & Construction Phase Offices The location of main offices will also serve as the pre-construction and construction phase headquarters. Project management also reports to senior management at this location. Project management staff will be located on site working out of jobsite trailer facilities, which are air conditioned and computerized for full capability. 5. Project Team KVC is adequately staffed to take on any project that we pursue; our staff is well equipped and has the experience and capacity to properly oversee and execute any Project. Most professional staff members are college educated and have over five years experience in the construction industry and all are proficient in the use of computer based project management systems as well as word processing and other computing software. Our staff has the experience and track record managing the work, using the project management systems and delivering the completed product. Our proposed team for The Sunny Isles Beach Heritage Park and Parking Garage has successfully completed several projects together including two parking garages and a Park Facility. See Attachment B for Project Organizational Chart including resumes of key personnel. 6. Organization KVC Constructors, Inc. is a full service construction organization with in house estimating, project management and accounting capabilities. Inasmuch as KVC Constructors, Inc. is a young organization, we are still at a stage in our history where the principals feel obligated to stay fully involved in all aspects of the operation. For that reason, many functions are interwoven. Our organizational structure is depicted in the Organizational Chart in Attachment A. The estimating department is housed in the main office and is responsible for preparation of proposals, bids and preparation of most documentation associated with securing and awarding the work of the firm.
