--

KVC Constructors, Inc.

The majority of purchasing functions are conducted through the estimating department with the
involvement of project management staff.

Project management staff is generally housed on site depending on the nature of the project. All project
management functions including scheduling and administration of subcontractors and suppliers are
performed from the jobsite offices with periodic reporting to senior management. On site staffing is
determined by project and client needs. It is KVC's practice to involve a targeted project manager or staff
member in the estimating process for a specific project such that Project Management will be fully aware
of proposal and contract considerations by the time the project is awarded.

The accounting department is housed in the main office and is responsible for all bill payment and
payroll as well as coordination of employee benefits and company insurance including general liability
and workers compensation.
