We understand that the continuing success of each catering evcnt is measured by a number of factors. These factors include control, consistency, cost effectiveness. support services and flexibility. We know that all functions of a catering event are part of an interactive system. and that these interactions result in a ripple effect being created from every event. ILS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers' Managing Member, Mr. Nestor Plana, has ovcr 15 years of experience in working in health, public and private project development and management. to include the oversight and management of ILS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers. Mr. Plana has ensured that II.S Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers has a management team with the necessary expertisc to implement key programs successful I y. The caliber of our management team is immeasurable and indicative or our commitment to the programs and services vve offer. ILS Group. To this end, the following individuals \vill be assigned to support the City of Sunny Isles Beach in its endeavors: Nestor PIa 11 a, Mallagillg Nlember - Mr. Plana combines a unique set of analytical and creative skills acquircd over 15 years of working in health, public and private project development and management. Mr. Plana's diverse background has demonstrated an ability to manage and solve problems. Mr. Plana has consistently employed creative methods to assess a situation, synthesize information and develop and implement strategies that achieve successful outcomes in the catering, nutritional and managed care lield. Mr. Plana has oversight of all functions of ILS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers. Celia NUllO, Sellior Vice Presidellt, Admillistratioll alld Compliallce - Celia Nuno has extensive experience in health care, over 23 years, specitically in the managed care industry. Currently Mrs. Nuno is the Scnior Vice President of Administration and Compliance with direct oversight of Compliance and Customer Service. Prior to ILS. Mrs. Nuno was the Vice President of Claims and Customer Service for Vista 1-Ic~llth Plan. a Florida-based HMO with over 250,000 members. Mrs. Nuno also workcd tor Beacon Health Plans. where she had direct responsibility tor seven (7) administrative departments since the inception of the plan. She also worked tor Neighborhood Health as Vice President of Administration, where she also came in at the inception and developed all the processes, policies and procedures tor the plan's administrative functions. Mrs. Nuno also worked tor Cigna Health Plan tor 10 years where she developed the Customer service Unit and supervised the Sales administration staff. Orlalldo MOllteagudo, Vice Presidellt, Mea/s Divisioll - Mr. Orlando Monteagudo is the person that will have direct ovcrsight and dircct responsibility of work for this contract.
